Laugh Yoga, also known as, The Laughing Buddha technique is a deep breathing exercise using our laughing muscles; concentrating on breathing and controlling the inner chi.  The Laughing Buddha technique helps de-stress the weary mind and body by pumping good oxygen into the blood and brain while expelling bad energy through laughter and movement.  Super fun for all ages!
